Olga Vasilieva. Time for reflection

nov 25 16:00, nov 26-27 10:00

Chelyabinsk Modern Dance Theater

At the workshop, participants will work on body expression. They will consider themselves in physicality and in the process of movement, using knowledge, experience and memory. They will use the imagination and the senses as their main tools. Working in pairs, individually or in a group, participants will observe, listen, share, work on the possibility of creating a new movement, as well as immerse themselves in the creative process, where ideas are born, decisions are made, often unpredictable.

My class aims to awaken our creativity, playful bodies and playful minds through exercises, suggestions and challenges.

We will try to be honest and open and not be afraid to surprise ourselves and others.

The time for reflection is the time somewhere between 'think' and 'feel'."
