Konstantin Keykhel. Reflective body

nov 30, dec 1 20:15, dec 2 18:30

Theater of Contemporary Choreography "Provincial Dances"

The lesson will consist of three blocks. At the warm-up, participants will smoothly and safely prepare the body for the main work, concentrating on breathing and interaction with the body centers. The second block ― Reflective Body ― let into conscious work with weight and includes game tasks. The third block immerses the participants in the repertoire of the Inner Dance Company. Here, work on dance material is combined with improvisation.

The main task of the workshop will be conscious attention to yourself and others. We will try to build connections between the body and consciousness with the help of a specific material, as well as build communication through the movement and energy that our bodies send out
